Eagle dropped a fish into an orca tank, and staff realized it was the same bird they had released years ago.
Aquarium staff had noticed an eagle circling the outdoor tanks for several days, but at first, they thought it was only searching for food. Then the security cameras caught something strange.
The eagle flew over the orca section with a fish in its talons and dropped it near the water, right where the lone orca had been swimming. Staff watched the footage again and froze. They knew that eagle.
His name was Blake, and years earlier, the zoo had helped raise and rehabilitate him before releasing him back into the wild.
But for some strange reason, Blake kept returning to the aquarium section, not for the staff, but for the orca who had been left alone after the others were moved.
Behavior specialists said nobody can know exactly what Blake understood, but in some way, the eagle may have noticed the orca alone in confinement.
And somehow, he kept showing up with fish. Staff released Blake so he could be free, but he came back to comfort the one animal he noticed was still alone.

BUT That’s probably an omen that you should let that orca go!!
Because the orca needs some interaction with other sea life. Not swimming in that baby pond.!
At least the bird realizes that, but not humans apparently.
