Adorable is right, those bears are hilarious! 😂 and that’s not stealing anymore that humanity at its best… its their absolute right to feed themselves since we selfish humans took away all their land🙏🏽❤️
A village kept [lo.si.ng] its pumpkins, so police reviewed the surveillance footage. The [cu.lpr.its]? Two sun bears sneaking through town at night, snatching pumpkins, and hauling them off as if they’d orchestrated the entire harvest themselves.
Pumpkin season had just begun in a small Asian village when the reports started rolling in. Pumpkins were [di.sap.pe.aring] from fields, porches, and front yards. Each morning, more were gone.
At first, locals blamed teenagers—the usual seasonal mischief that crops up when pumpkins appear and bored kids are around.
Then nearly ten vanished in a single night. Police decided to check the CCTV.
What they found were two sun bears moving through the village under cover of darkness, carefully selecting pumpkins, picking them up, and carrying them away with the swagger of animals utterly convinced that the pumpkin patch now belonged to them.
The footage played out like a bear heist movie. One would grab a pumpkin while the other pressed on. They made their way through yards, porches, and fields as if they had pre-planned the entire route.
The following night, officers and wildlife experts staked out the area. The bears returned—same path, same schedule, same objective. More pumpkins vanished.
Rather than shooing them away night after night, officials left a small pile of pumpkins at the village’s edge—a peace offering, a compromise: take these, leave the rest.
By then, the footage had gone viral. Viewers couldn’t get enough, partly because the two bears looked exactly like a father-and-son duo pulling off a pumpkin heist for the family—one large, one smaller, both utterly dedicated to the task.
