Incredibly sorry… Cindy was such a beautiful soul and creature.
Cindy was a beacon of hope and warmth for so many people.
Cindy was a precious International treasure, and I’m quite sure she’ll be missed by thousands of people around the globe.
Today is one of the most [he.artbre.aking] days of our lives as we said goodbye to a sister, a beloved family member, and a mother to our animals. 😭
Over the last while, Cindy had been [st.rug.gli.ng]. She suffered from severe heart [fa.ilu.re], which led to [re.pea.ted ep.iso.des] of [pu.lm.ona.ry ed.e.ma] — [fl.uid] building up in her lungs.
Despite intensive veterinary care, [me.dic.ati.on], [o.xy.gen], and constant monitoring, her heart and lungs could no longer cope.
After her third serious [a.tt.a.ck], and with the guidance of the vet, we made the most [he.artbre.aking] decision to let her go peacefully, to spare her any further suffering. In her final moments, we were holding her hand, speaking to her, and surrounding her with love.
Cindy was deeply loved and cared for every single day of her life. She will be loved forever, and the beautiful memories we shared with her will stay in our hearts always.
We want to thank every single one of you for the overwhelming support, kindness, and love you showed Cindy and us, especially during the tough times. It meant more than words can ever express. 🙏
We, and all of her animal family, will miss her presence deeply. ❤️

No one can convince me otherwise that animals we take care of aren’t our children.
None of us can come close to the [lo.ss] that you and your family have suffered. More than anything else she was your sister and your mom’s daughter, and nothing can make up for her [lo.ss]…especially when you have to make a decision like that.
You did give her an amazing and unique life though, she lived the best life she possibly could have, she was deeply loved by her family, and although nothing can bring her back…at least that is something.
Praise God for the lifetime of memories you have with her that you carry in your hearts, photos and videos. Her legacy will love on in the animals you help.💔💔
