Apparently bears are cat people too…
When a cat wants a lap to lay the cat SHALL HAVE a lap to lie in. Regardless of who that lap belongs to.
Even bears know not to disturb the 16th hour of cat’s daily 19 hour naps.
A woman [sc.rea.med] after spotting a bear outside her glass door, fearing her [mi.ssi.ng] cat was still somewhere in the backyard.
Jennifer had been calling for her cat around the house before realizing he had probably slipped outside. When she checked the backyard, she [fr.oze]. A large black bear was calmly sitting on one of her patio chairs.
Jennifer immediately feared the [wo.rst], until she took a closer look. Her cat was curled up on the bear’s lap.
She quickly snapped a photo, hardly believing what she was seeing, while praying the bear wouldn’t suddenly change its mind about its tiny companion.
Jennifer carefully cracked open the door and called for her cat. The commotion [sta.rtled] both animals, sending the bear away while her cat hurried safely back inside.
Jennifer grabbed him and couldn’t believe she’d spent the last few minutes thinking he’d been [ea.ten].
When she shared the bizarre photo online, people couldn’t stop joking about it. Apparently, everybody needs a cat. Even bears.
Inter-species connections happen, we aren’t the only ones who can initiate them… good to know. 🥰🤗💗❣️
Maybe bears need more lounge chairs to chill and calm the [ag.gres.sion].
